Tough Guy U-Tube heaters are designed for high heat loss areas or spot heating, offering fuel savings up to 50%. The system features a positive pressure design that pressurizes the combustion chamber. The emitter tubes are constructed from heat-treated aluminized steel, and all gas, electrical, and flue connections are situated at the same end of the heater, facilitating installation. It includes reliable direct spark ignition and a 100% gas shut-off safety control. The heater supports up to 40 feet of ducting in fresh air or sidewall venting capability. The blower, located within the burner box, operates at minimal noise levels (less than 60dB) and is equipped with a heavy-duty, permanently lubricated ball bearing motor for maintenance-free operation. Additionally, the heater features highly efficient aluminum reflectors, a diaphragm air switch, a heavy-duty cast iron burner, and a burner inspection sight glass. A diagnostic monitoring light system is also incorporated. The unit requires a 120V supply and can be connected to an external 24V thermostat or operate on line voltage. The Tough Guy series is suitable for car washes, greenhouses, swimming pools, wastewater treatment plants, dairy barns, and other high humidity environments. It is CSA certified and comes with a 5-year limited warranty on the tubes and a 1-year limited warranty on the unit. This product is made in the USA.
