The straight tube heaters are designed for complete building heating, offering fuel savings of up to 50%. They feature a positive pressure system that pressurizes the combustion chamber, with all gas and electrical connections located at the same end of the heater. The heaters include reliable direct spark ignition and a 100% gas shut-off safety control. They have the capability for up to 40 feet of ducting in fresh air or 40 feet of sidewall venting. The blower, which is situated inside the burner box, operates quietly at less than 60 dB, making it ideal for applications where minimal noise is desired. The heavy-duty, permanently lubricated, ball-bearing blower motor ensures maintenance-free operation while highly efficient aluminum reflectors enhance performance. Additionally, the kit includes a diaphragm air switch, a heavy-duty cast iron burner, and a burner inspection sight glass, along with a diagnostic monitoring light system. The heater requires a 120V supply and offers external 24V thermostat connection or line voltage operation. Minimum mounting heights are recommended for human comfort and to ensure uniform energy distribution in complete building applications, with advice to mount the heaters as high as possible. This unit is CSA certified, made in the USA, and comes with a 5-year limited warranty on tubes and a 1-year limited warranty on the unit.
