The Tough Guy straight tube heaters are designed for complete building heating, especially suitable for high humidity or corrosive environments, offering fuel savings of up to 70%. Constructed from heat-treated aluminized steel, the emitter tubes enhance durability. The vacuum system efficiently pulls products of combustion through a totally enclosed combustion chamber, improving radiant efficiency and safety. Key features include reliable direct spark ignition, 100% gas shut-off safety control, and the ability to accommodate up to 50' of ducting for fresh air intake and 75' sidewall venting capability. It comes with a heavy-duty draft inducer assembly that has a permanently lubricated, totally enclosed ball bearing motor for maintenance-free operation, as well as highly efficient aluminum reflectors. The kit also includes a diaphragm air switch, a heavy-duty cast iron burner, a burner inspection sight glass, and a diagnostic monitoring light system. The heater requires a 120V supply and has specified minimum mounting heights to ensure human comfort and uniform energy distribution.
