The Tough Guy U-Tube heaters are designed for high heat loss areas or spot heating, offering fuel savings up to 50%. This system features a positive pressure design that pressurizes the combustion chamber, and the emitter tubes are constructed from heat-treated aluminized steel. All gas, electrical, and flue connections are conveniently located at one end of the heater. It includes reliable direct spark ignition, a 100% gas shut-off safety control, and supports up to 40' of ducting in fresh air or 40' sidewall venting capability. The blower is situated inside the burner box, ensuring minimal noise (less than 60dB) for optimal operation. It is equipped with a heavy-duty, permanently lubricated ball bearing blower motor for maintenance-free operation and highly efficient aluminum reflectors. The kit includes a diaphragm air switch, a heavy-duty cast iron burner, and a burner inspection sight glass, along with a diagnostic monitoring light system. The unit requires a 120V supply and offers external 24V thermostat connection or line voltage operation. The Tough Guy series is particularly suitable for applications in car washes, greenhouses, swimming pools, wastewater treatment plants, dairy barns, and other high humidity environments. It is CSA certified and offers a 5 year limited warranty on the tubes and a 1 year limited warranty on the unit. Additionally, this product is made in the USA.
