The Lewisbins ESD-safe divider box measures 22-13/32"L x 17-13/32"W x 8"H and features multi-purpose stack-only containers that can be divided into compartments on 1.25" centers using easy-to-add dividers. These containers are designed for commercial, industrial, electronics, and healthcare markets, suitable for storage, assembly, fabrication, and distribution applications, with a strong stacking ridge and ribbed walls ensuring high performance and a load capacity of 40 lbs per container. They are compatible with various racking, shelving, and material handling equipment. Optional anti-static cardholders are available for ESD-safe identification, and two optional ESD-safe divider box covers—an insert cover or heavy-duty solid cover—can be chosen for added product protection; using these covers in conjunction with the boxes creates a Faraday cage. The product clearance with snap-on cover is 7-29/32". Materials include conductive XL material with a surface resistance of less than 1.0 x 10⁴ ohms or surface resistivity under 1.0 x 10⁵ ohms/square, dissipative LS material with surface resistance between 1.0 x 10⁹ ohms/square and less than 1.0 x 10¹² ohms/square, and dissipative SD SMC material with surface resistivity between 1.0 x 10⁵ ohms/square and 5.0 x 10⁹ ohms/square.
