The LewisBins ESD-safe divider box measures 16-1/2"L x 10-29/32"W x 8"H and is a multi-purpose stack-only container that can be divided into compartments on 1.25" centers with easily added dividers, suitable for commercial, industrial, electronics, and healthcare markets for storage, assembly, fabrication, and distribution applications. It features a strong stacking ridge and innovative ribbed walls for high performance and has a load capacity of 40 lbs per container. The box is compatible with various racking, shelving, and material handling equipment. Optional anti-static cardholders are available for ESD-safe identification, and two optional ESD-safe divider box covers—a snap-on insert cover and a heavy-duty solid cover—provide added product protection, creating a Faraday cage when used with the boxes; product clearance with the snap-on cover is 7-29/32". The conductive XL material has a surface resistance of less than 1.0 x 10⁴ ohms or surface resistivity under 1.0 x 10⁵ ohms/square. The dissipative LS material exhibits surface resistance between 1.0 x 10⁹ ohms/square and less than 1.0 x 10¹² ohms/square, while the dissipative SD SMC material has surface resistivity ranging from 1.0 x 10⁵ ohms/square up to 5.0 x 10⁹ ohms/square.
