The Lewisbins ESD-safe divider box measures 10-13/16"L x 8-5/16"W x 3-1/2"H and features multi-purpose stack-only containers that can be divided into compartments on 1.25" centers using easy-to-add dividers. These dividable containers are suitable for commercial, industrial, electronics, and healthcare markets for storage, assembly, fabrication, and distribution applications. The design includes a strong stacking ridge and innovative ribbed walls for high performance, supporting a load capacity of 40 lbs. per container. They are compatible with various racking, shelving, and material handling equipment. Optional anti-static cardholders are available for ESD-safe identification, and two optional ESD-safe divider box covers, an insert cover and a heavy-duty solid cover, provide added product protection. When combined with ESD-safe divider boxes, a Faraday cage effect is created. The product clearance with the snap-on cover is 3-13/32". The conductive XL material has a surface resistance of less than 1.0 x 10⁴ ohms or a surface resistivity of less than 1.0 x 10⁵ ohms/square. The dissipative LS material exhibits surface resistance greater than or equal to 1.0 x 10⁹ ohms/square but less than 1.0 x 10¹² ohms/square, while the dissipative SD SMC material has surface resistivity ranging from 1.0 x 10⁵ ohms/square to 5.0 x 10⁹ ohms/square.
