The LewisBins ESD-safe divider box measures 22-13/32"L x 17-13/32"W x 12"H and is designed for multi-purpose stack-only use with compartments that can be divided on 1.25" centers using easy-to-add dividers. These containers are ideal for commercial, industrial, electronics, and healthcare markets for storage, assembly, fabrication, and distribution applications. They feature a strong stacking ridge and innovative ribbed walls to ensure high performance with a load capacity of 40 lbs. per container and compatibility with various racking, shelving, and material handling equipment. Optional anti-static cardholders and two types of ESD-safe divider box covers, an insert cover and a heavy-duty solid cover, are available for added product protection, creating a Faraday cage effect when used together. Product clearance with the snap-on cover is 11-29/32". The conductive XL material has a surface resistance of less than 1.0 x 10⁴ ohms or surface resistivity of less than 1.0 x 10⁵ ohms/square. The dissipative LS material features surface resistance equal to or greater than 1.0 x 10⁹ ohms/square and less than 1.0 x 10¹² ohms/square, while the dissipative SD SMC material has surface resistivity between 1.0 x 10⁵ and 5.0 x 10⁹ ohms/square.
