The LewisBins ESD-safe divider box measures 16-1/2"L x 10-29/32"W x 2-1/2"H and features multi-purpose stack-only containers that can be divided into compartments on 1.25" centers using easy-to-add dividers. These dividable containers are suitable for commercial, industrial, electronics, and healthcare markets, supporting storage, assembly, fabrication, and distribution applications. They include a strong stacking ridge and innovative ribbed walls for high performance with a load capacity of 40 lbs. per container. The boxes are compatible with various racking, shelving, and material handling equipment. Optional anti-static cardholders are available for ESD-safe identification, and two optional ESD-safe divider box covers—an insert cover or a heavy-duty solid cover—are offered for additional product protection, creating a Faraday cage effect when used with ESD-safe divider boxes. The product clearance with snap-on cover is 2-13/32". The conductive XL material used in the boxes has a surface resistance of less than 1.0 x 10⁴ ohms or a surface resistivity of less than 1.0 x 10⁵ ohms/square. The dissipative LS material has surface resistance greater than or equal to 1.0 x 10⁹ ohms/square but less than 1.0 x 10¹² ohms/square, while the dissipative SD SMC material has surface resistivity between 1.0 x 10⁵ ohms/square and 5.0 x 10⁹ ohms/square.
