The Lewisbins ESD-safe divider box measures 10-13/16"L x 8-5/16"W x 5"H and features multi-purpose stack-only design with compartments that can be divided on 1.25" centers using easy-to-add dividers. These dividable containers are suitable for commercial, industrial, electronics, and healthcare markets, supporting storage, assembly, fabrication, and distribution applications. It includes a strong stacking ridge and innovative ribbed walls for high performance, with a load capacity of 40 lbs. per container, and is compatible with various racking, shelving, and material handling equipment. Optional anti-static cardholders are available for ESD-safe identification. Two optional ESD-safe divider box covers provide added protection: the insert cover and heavy-duty solid cover, which when combined with the boxes create a Faraday cage. The product clearance with snap-on cover is 4-29/32". The box is available in conductive XL material with surface resistance less than 1.0 x 10⁴ ohms or surface resistivity under 1.0 x 10⁵ ohms/square; dissipative LS material with surface resistance between 1.0 x 10⁹ and less than 1.0 x 10¹² ohms/square; and dissipative SD SMC material with surface resistivity between 1.0 x 10⁵ and 5.0 x 10⁹ ohms/square.
