The Lewisbins ESD-safe divider box measures 16-1/2"L x 10-29/32"W x 5"H and features multi-purpose stack-only Lewisbins+ containers that can be divided into compartments on 1.25" centers with easy-to-add dividers. These dividable containers are suitable for commercial, industrial, electronics, and healthcare markets for storage, assembly, fabrication, and distribution applications. They include a strong stacking ridge and innovative ribbed walls for high performance with a load capacity of 40 lbs. per container and compatibility with various racking, shelving, and material handling equipment. Optional anti-static cardholders are available for ESD-safe identification, and two optional ESD-safe divider box covers—an insert cover and a heavy-duty solid cover—can be chosen for added product protection, creating a Faraday cage when used with the ESD-safe divider boxes. The product clearance with the snap-on cover is 4-29/32". The conductive XL material has a surface resistance of less than 1.0 x 10^4 ohms or surface resistivity of less than 1.0 x 10^5 ohms/square; the dissipative LS material exhibits surface resistance greater than or equal to 1.0 x 10^9 ohms/square but less than 1.0 x 10^12 ohms/square; and the dissipative SD SMC material has surface resistivity ranging from greater than or equal to 1.0 x 10^5 ohms/square up to 5.0 x 10^9 ohms/square.
