The model KPO12-43 is a 12-ton (135,000 BTU) cooling A.C. only system designed for versatility in size and capabilities, featuring an extremely small footprint that measures 32" wide, 64" long, and 61.5" tall, making it suitable for applications with limited available space. This unit is installed outside the area being cooled and incorporates two 12" cold air supply ducts and two 12" return ducts. It operates on a 460-volt/40-amp 3-phase circuit, equipped with built-in cam lock connections for straightforward electrical hook-up. A phase monitor safeguards the system by automatically shutting down the unit in the event of improper voltage or phases, preventing potential damage to electrical components. Additionally, the condenser motor is equipped with low ambient temperature capabilities, utilizing a variable frequency drive that enables operation in temperatures as low as freezing. The KPO12-43 also includes an internal high lift condensate pump for effective condensation removal. The product features a durable 12-gauge base frame with fork pockets and wheels for easy transportation, and its dynamic A.C. cooling features high static blowers for maximum air movement and a ducting distance of up to 75 feet.
