Goff's bug blocking mesh screen doors are designed to keep insects out while allowing fresh air in. The kit includes a heavy 11 oz pre-coated woven vinyl coated mesh polyester screen that is resistant to ultraviolet rays, rot, tear, and mildew. The 17 x 11 polyester scrim features small openings that are difficult for insects to penetrate, and the shade screen factor improvement of 65% helps to keep non-air-conditioned spaces cooler for a longer period. The doors feature an 18 oz vinyl on the leading edge, valance, and floor sweep, enhancing durability and wear resistance. The valance mounts directly to the building rather than the curtain track, offering improved stability and a more rigid mount. A full-length fiberglass tube stiffens the leading edge to ensure proper sealing against the door jamb. The mesh curtain attaches permanently to one side of the door’s vertical edge and closes to the opposite side, with top valance panels and a bottom floor sweep creating a near-total seal against insects. The pliable hem on the leading edge assures a good seal, while the curtain glides side-to-side on an easy-to-install track with a dual-wheeled trolley roller system. Goff's Enterprises, Inc. provides a warranty for all curtain wall systems against failure in normal use due to material or workmanship defects for five years from the date of purchase, along with a lifetime warranty on all track and roller hardware.
