The overlapping cover design, full welded corners on the cover and curb, EPDM rubber gasket, and fully insulated cover and curb contribute to weathertightness and energy efficiency. It is constructed with corrosion-resistant materials to provide many years of trouble-free, dependable service, while the heavy gauge construction and positive latching mechanism maintain building security. Additionally, the curb includes the BIL-CLIP® flashing system, which offers an innovative method to quickly and easily secure single-ply roofing material to BILCO roof products. This product is specifically designed for installation over steep or ship type stairs.
