The kit includes a cast aluminum housing and wheels that are spark resistant, conforming to AMCA type B construction standards. This corrosion-resistant material is lightweight, weighing only 1/3 of carbon steel, thereby requiring less structural support for installation. Cast aluminum exhibits increased strength in cold conditions and is non-magnetic, making it suitable for electronic applications by reducing interference issues. The standard discharge position is upblast, with options for upblast, top horizontal, or downblast available upon request at the time of order. All sizes operate effectively at a maximum temperature of 150 degrees F. The kit is designed for vehicle fume exhaust removal in garages and fire stations, material conveying of dust and non-abrasive light particulates, cooling in UV light curing equipment, as a high-pressure air source for air knife blow-off applications, and as a source of combustion air for gas burners. It also provides suction pressure for hold down tables during the printing process on corrugated packaging materials.
