The kit includes a spark-resistant cast aluminum housing and wheels, meeting AMCA Type B construction standards, ensuring corrosion resistance in outdoor environments. The lightweight design of the cast aluminum, which is one-third the weight of carbon steel, allows for reduced structural support at the mounting location. This material retains strength in cold conditions, is non-magnetic, and has a standard discharge position of upblast, with alternative configurations available upon request—including upblast, top horizontal, or downblast. All sizes are rated for operation up to a maximum temperature of 150 degrees F. Applications for this unit include vehicle fume exhaust removal in garages and fire stations, material conveying of dust and non-abrasive light particulates, cooling in UV light curing equipment, high-pressure air source for air knife blow-off applications, providing combustion air for gas burners, and offering suction pressure for hold-down tables during the printing process on corrugated packaging materials.
