The cast aluminum material is corrosion resistant for outdoor environments and is lightweight, weighing only 1/3 that of carbon steel fans, which reduces the need for extensive structural support during installation. Additionally, cast aluminum becomes stronger in cold environments, is non-magnetic, and features a standard upblast discharge position, with options for upblast, top horizontal, or downblast configurations available upon request at the time of order placement. All sizes can operate at a maximum temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit. This product is made in the USA and finds applications in vehicle fume exhaust removal in garages and fire stations, material conveying of dust and non-abrasive light particulates, cooling in UV light curing equipment, serving as a high-pressure air source for air knife blow-off applications, providing combustion air for gas burners, and offering suction pressure for hold-down tables during the printing process on corrugated packaging materials. It is particularly suitable for electronic applications due to the non-magnetic nature of cast aluminum, which helps in minimizing interference issues.
