The kit includes housings and wheels made from cast aluminum, a spark-resistant material that complies with AMCA Type B construction standards, making it suitable for various applications. The corrosion-resistant properties of cast aluminum allow it to perform well in outdoor environments, and its lightweight nature (1/3 the weight of carbon steel fans) reduces the need for extensive structural support during installation. The material is designed to become stronger in cold temperatures without the brittleness associated with some other materials, and it is non-magnetic, which minimizes interference in electronic applications. The standard discharge position is bottom horizontal, with options available for upblast, top horizontal, or downblast configurations upon request at the time of order. All sizes can operate at a maximum temperature of 150 degrees F. This kit is ideal for vehicle fume exhaust removal in garages and fire stations, conveying non-abrasive light particulates, providing cooling in UV light curing equipment, supplying high-pressure air for air knife blow-off applications, and delivering combustion air for gas burners. Additionally, it provides suction pressure for hold-down tables during the printing process on corrugated packaging materials.
