The kit includes a cast aluminum housing and wheels, designed to be spark resistant and compliant with AMCA Type B spark resistant construction standards. The corrosion-resistant cast aluminum material is lightweight, approximately one-third the weight of carbon steel fans, allowing for reduced structural support requirements during installation. This material remains strong in cold conditions, is non-magnetic, and has a standard discharge position that is top horizontal, with options for upblast or downblast available upon request at the time of order placement. The fan is capable of operating at temperatures up to a maximum of 150 degrees F. Applications for this product include vehicle fume exhaust removal in garages and fire stations, material conveying of dust and non-abrasive light particulates, providing cooling in UV light curing equipment, serving as a high-pressure air source for air knife blow-off applications, supplying combustion air for gas burners, and generating suction pressure for hold-down tables during the printing process on corrugated packaging materials. This product is particularly beneficial in electronic applications due to its non-magnetic properties, which help to minimize interference issues. Installation must be carried out by a licensed electrical contractor.
