The kit includes a cast aluminum housing and wheels that are spark resistant, meeting the conditions of AMCA Type B spark resistant construction, and ensuring corrosion resistance in outdoor environments. Lightweight, at one-third the weight of carbon steel fans, this design requires less structural support when mounted, and the cast aluminum material becomes stronger in cold conditions rather than becoming brittle like some other construction materials. It is non-magnetic, making it suitable for electronic applications that require minimal interference. The standard discharge position is upblast, with options for upblast, top horizontal, or downblast available upon request at the time of order placement. All sizes in this kit are designed for operation at a maximum temperature of 150 degrees F. The applications for this kit include vehicle fume exhaust removal in garages and fire stations, material conveying of dust and non-abrasive light particulates, cooling in UV light curing equipment, providing a high-pressure air source for air knife blow-off applications, supplying combustion air for gas burners, and creating suction pressure for hold down tables during the printing process on corrugated packaging materials.
