The industrial portable air conditioner is designed for economical spot cooling in industrial plants, server rooms, hospitals, and offices, particularly where electrical equipment generates a heat load. It features a high-pressure condensate pump for 24/7 operation, capable of handling up to 20' of head pressure for efficient condensate removal. The air conditioner utilizes a balanced airflow design that vents through the ceiling using an optional installation kit, providing fresh room air with super high efficiency and preventing freezing. It is equipped with a line cord with plug for easy installation and is ETL listed. The unit has a compact yet powerful design, operating efficiently within a temperature range of 60°F to 110°F. Additionally, the product includes Kwikool's exclusive I/O integral condenser, allowing both inlet and outlets to be ductable. It features multi-function microprocessor control with a large LCD display, easy-touch control pads, self-diagnostics with audible alarms, input/output alarm contacts for building systems, and an internal high lift condensate pump with a 5-gallon reservoir tank for flexible condensate management. It provides condensate overflow protection, three fan speeds, and an auto speed option that adjusts the fan speed based on heat load demand. The heavy-duty compressor includes automatic restart and short cycle protection, while motors and compressors are equipped with overload protection. The unit is also available with an optional air chute kit featuring two adjustable 16" air chutes for directing airflow, and it requires two 12" condenser flanges. This product comes with a limited warranty of 1 year.
