The industrial portable air conditioner includes a high-pressure condensate pump for 24/7 operation, designed for economical spot cooling in industrial plants, server rooms, hospitals, and offices, particularly where electrical equipment generates heat. This AC features a balanced airflow design that vents through the ceiling with an optional installation kit, providing fresh air, high cooling efficiency without freezing, and is easily relocatable using casters (two swivel with brakes and two rigid). It comes with a high-pressure pump capable of 20' of head pressure to efficiently remove condensate and is equipped with a line cord with plug for straightforward installation. The unit is ETL listed and made in the USA, with a compact yet powerful design that operates within a temperature range of 60°F-110°F. It is certified ETL and CETL to UL and CSA standards and includes Kwikool's exclusive I/O integral condenser allowing both inlet and outlets to be ductable without extra kits. The system is controlled by a multi-function microprocessor with a large, easy-to-read LCD display, and features easy-touch control pads for system setting adjustments. Additional capabilities include self-diagnostics with an audible alarm and LCD readout for fault conditions, input/output alarm contacts for connection to building systems, an internal high lift condensate pump with a 5-gallon reservoir tank for condensate management, overflow protection, three fan speeds, and an auto speed function that adjusts fan speed based on heat load demand. The unit also includes a thermostatic expansion valve, a heavy-duty compressor with automatic restart and short cycle protection, and overload protection for motors and compressors, as well as high-pressure safety with manual reset. The unit requires two 14" condenser flanges.
