This industrial portable air conditioner is designed for economical spot cooling in environments such as industrial plants, server rooms, hospitals, and offices where electrical equipment generates heat. The unit includes a high-pressure condensate pump for continuous operation and requires access to a circulating water system, such as a cooling tower or chilled water supply—tap water should not be used. It features portability with casters (2 swivel with brakes and 2 rigid) for easy relocation and eliminates the need for vents and ducting. The system is equipped with a high-pressure pump that has 20 feet of head pressure to effectively remove condensation, designed to operate 24/7, and requires hard wiring. It is ETL listed and optionally, a high-pressure line set can be attached for a constant water feed. Additionally, an optional vent grill kit comes with 2 adjustable 16-inch long air chutes to direct airflow for larger coverage in two separate directions. The model KWIB3021, a nominal 2.5-ton or 29,500 BTU unit, is the smallest water-cooled option in the Iceberg series, offering a full-featured design suitable for cooling small server and IDF rooms. This series stands out with its "plug and play" technology, advanced microprocessor controls, and self-diagnostics, boasting a long list of standard features not commonly found in other brands.
