The kit includes a self-closing door with a slam lock and is designed for 1-1/2 hour "B" label wall installation as well as 1 hour for combustible and 3 hour for non-combustible ceiling installation. It features a frame and trim made of 16 gauge steel with a 1" flange, while the door is constructed from 20 gauge steel and contains 2" insulation supported by a continuous hinge. Additionally, there is a welded-on masonry anchor for enhanced stability and security.
