The kit includes a self-closing door with a slam lock and is designed for wall installation with a 1-1/2 hour "B" label rating, and for ceiling installation, it provides a 1 hour rating for combustible and 3 hour rating for non-combustible materials. The frame and trim are constructed from 16 gauge steel with a 1" flange, while the door is made from 20 gauge steel and features 2" insulation on a continuous hinge. Additionally, there is a welded-on masonry anchor ensuring secure installation.
