The kit and package include a fire-rated door assembly suitable for 1-1/2 hour "B" label wall installation and 1 hour combustible/3 hour non-combustible ceiling installation. It features a self-closing door and a slam lock for added security. The frame and trim are constructed from 16 gauge steel with a 1" flange, while the door itself is made from 20 gauge steel and contains 2" insulation, all mounted on a continuous hinge. Additionally, it includes a welded-on masonry anchor for secure installation.
