The Fancort KARRY-ALL model 76 adjustable conductive PCB rack is designed to securely hold printed circuit boards on two opposite sides, offering maximum protection during transport and storage in both horizontal and vertical orientations. This model features three variations, each equipped with different injection-molded card guides tailored to accommodate small, medium, large, very large, and hard-to-hold boards. All card guides are constructed from durable, reinforced conductive material that complies with MIL Spec #B-81705-B for static discharge protection. The standard KARRY-ALL units can withstand solvents and temperatures up to 185°F. The setup process is simple, utilizing rigid tubular aluminum extrusions combined with non-rotating nuts and oversized conductive plastic thumbscrews that ensure a secure fit. The rack includes 39 numbered slots, each measuring 0.135" W x 0.135" D with a 0.260" pitch, designed for easy board insertion aided by offset ribs. The standard card guides are 4" deep, with optional 8" deep guides available. Additionally, optional leg brackets for horizontal storage of the 4" deep model (P/N KAL-1) and an optional carrying handle (P/N KAH-2) can also be acquired.
