The Fancort Karry-All Model 80 adjustable conductive PCB rack is designed to securely hold boards on two opposite sides, providing maximum protection during transport and storage, both horizontally and vertically. The kit includes adjustable racks with three different models featuring injection-molded card guides that accommodate small, medium, large, very large, and hard-to-hold boards. All card guides are made of reinforced conductive material that complies with MIL Spec #B-81705-B for static discharge, ensuring durability. The standard Karry-Alls can withstand solvents and temperatures up to 185°F. They are user-friendly to set up, utilizing rigid tubular aluminum extrusions and non-rotating nuts with large conductive plastic thumbscrews for secure locking. The racks offer 75 numbered slots measuring 0.110" W x 0.155" D on a 0.210" pitch, featuring easy board insertion with offset ribs. Additional features include steel stiffeners and molded ribbing to prevent flexing. The standard card guides are 12.5" deep, with options for 18" or 24" guides for very large boards (P/N 80-18-18), and an optional carrying handle (P/N KAH-2) is also available.
