The Fancort KARRY-ALL Model 79 adjustable conductive PCB rack is designed to securely hold boards on two opposite sides, providing maximum protection during transport and storage in both horizontal and vertical orientations. It features three models, each equipped with a different injection-molded card guide suitable for small, medium, large, very large, and hard-to-hold boards. The card guides are constructed from tough, reinforced conductive material that meets MIL Spec #B-81705-B for static discharge, and the standard KARRY-ALLs can withstand solvents and temperatures up to 185°F. The rack is easy to assemble, utilizing rigid tubular aluminum extrusions along with non-rotating nuts and large conductive plastic thumbscrews for secure locking. The rack includes 18 unique double slots measuring 0.125" W x 0.125" D within a 0.600" W x 0.200" D slot for accommodating boards with edge components. The standard card guides are 5.5" deep, with optional 11" deep guides. The Model 79-20B-5 or 79-20B-11 is designed to fit a standard 17" x 21" tote box and includes an optional carrying handle, part number KAH-2.
