Exair's Soft Grip Safety Air Gun is specifically designed for extended use without fatigue, featuring an ergonomic design that ensures a comfortable grip and a large trigger that allows operation with one or more fingers. Constructed from durable cast aluminum, the body is suitable for rugged industrial environments and includes a convenient hanger hook for effortless storage. The Soft Grip Safety Air Gun is available with a choice of aluminum, stainless steel, or PEEK plastic nozzles to cater to various application requirements, while aluminum extension pipes enable access to hard-to-reach areas. The air nozzles and polycarbonate chip shields have been engineered to meet or exceed OSHA Standard 1910.242(b), which stipulates that compressed air should not be used for cleaning unless reduced to less than 30 PSIG and accompanied by effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment. Additionally, these nozzles are designed to minimize noise levels and comply with OSHA Standard CFR 1910.95(a), which mandates the provision of protection against noise exposure when sound levels exceed those in Table G-16, measured on the A scale of a standard sound level meter at slow response.
