The Ridgid® model no. 606 600 series instrument tubing bender has a 3/8" capacity and a 15/16" bend radius, specifically designed for bending hard tubing materials such as stainless steel, steel, and titanium. This lever bender features a two-stage handle design that allows for bending from 90° to 180° without crossing handles, with a simple half-turn rotation to lock or unlock the bending handle. It is equipped with roll dies in the bending carriage to minimize tube flattening, ensuring accurate bends, while gain marks on the front of the form guarantee properly aligned bending angles. The design incorporates extra-long handles for increased leverage and includes a vise clamp block for added stability. For user comfort, the bender features cushioned handle grips that enhance bending ease.
