The RIDGID® 600 series lever benders are specifically engineered for bending hard tubing materials such as stainless steel, steel, and titanium. This kit includes a two-stage handle design that allows bending up to 180°, maintaining in-plane bends with precision. The in-plane feature enables bends from 90° to 180° without crossing handles, and the lock/unlock mechanism is activated by a half-turn rotation of the bending handle. The design incorporates roll dies in the bending carriage to minimize tube flattening (ovality), and gain marks on the front of the form ensure accurate alignment of bending angles. The bender's extra-long handles provide increased leverage, while the vise clamp block offers additional stability. Ergonomic cushioned handle grips are included to enhance user comfort during operation.
