The RIDGID® 600 Series lever benders are specially designed for bending hard tubing such as stainless steel, steel, and titanium. This kit includes a two-stage handle design that allows for bending angles from 90° to 180°, maintaining in-plane accuracy without crossing handles, and features a lock/unlock mechanism with a half-turn rotation of the bending handle. It incorporates roll dies in the bending carriage to minimize tube flattening (ovality) and gain marks on the front of the form to ensure properly aligned bending angles. The design also emphasizes reduced force requirements with extra-long handles for increased leverage and a vise clamp block for enhanced stability. Additionally, ergonomic cushioned handle grips provide improved ease during bending operations.
