The Ridgid Model No. 610M 600 Series Instrument Tubing Bender has a 10mm capacity and a 24mm bend radius. It is specifically designed for bending hard tubing such as stainless steel, steel, and titanium. This lever bender features a simple two-stage handle design that allows users to switch between bending angles of up to 180°, ensuring that bends remain in-plane and accurate. The in-plane design permits bends from 90° to 180° without the handles crossing each other, and it includes a lock/unlock mechanism that operates with a half-turn rotation of the bending handle. The bender is equipped with roll dies in the bending carriage to minimize tube flattening (ovality) and gain marks on the front of the form to ensure properly aligned bending angles. The extra-long handles provide increased leverage, while a vise clamp block enhances stability during use. Additionally, the cushioned handle grips improve ergonomic comfort during the bending process.
