The AP 180® production grade acrylic packaging tape is designed for both manual and automated industrial sealing of lightweight cartons. This tape is constructed with durable BOPP film that offers stiffness and strength suitable for automated applications, complemented by a high-quality emulsion acrylic adhesive which ensures clarity, UV resistance, premium aging characteristics, and low odor, making it ideal for various carton sealing tasks. The product adheres to application standards including FDA indirect contact CFR 21, 175.105 and FDA indirect contact CFR 21, 177.1520. Key features include its light-duty capabilities, UV resistance, and excellent aging characteristics that promote long-term use across a range of temperatures. The tape has a backing of 25 micron cast biaxially oriented polypropylene film and utilizes emulsion acrylic adhesive for enhanced performance.
