The kit includes blowers designed to supply clean oil-free air without contaminants, outperforming traditional compressors, vacuum pumps, and blowers. These blowers are energy efficient, eliminating the waste typically associated with higher pressures and flows. They are virtually maintenance-free due to fewer moving parts, resulting in longer lifespans compared to standard vacuum pumps and compressors. Operating at low acoustical noise levels (between 51-81 dB), these rugged industrial-duty blowers can run continuously 24/7. Their compact design ensures they occupy less space than conventional equipment. Constructed from lightweight, corrosion-resistant cast aluminum alloy for the impellers, housings, and mounting bases, they feature standard 50 / 60 Hz motors that offer a wide voltage range and built-in thermal protectors for overload protection. The blowers are equipped with double shielded stainless steel sealed bearings and high-quality shaft oil seals to prevent air contamination. An optional anodizing finish for additional corrosion resistance is available, along with retrofit bases and flanges to accommodate different dimensional requirements. The motor shaft-mounted impeller or direct drive technology eliminates the necessity for belts, couplings, and gears, while tighter tolerances between impellers and housings enhance flow and pressure efficiency. Additionally, a pressure gauge is available separately. These blowers are CUL/CSA certified, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
