The kit includes a compact, rugged industrial duty blower designed for 24/7 operation and features oil-free air supply, ensuring clean air without contaminants, unlike traditional compressors, vacuum pumps, and blowers. This energy-efficient unit operates at low acoustical noise levels, ranging from 51 to 81 dB, and is virtually maintenance-free due to its fewer moving parts, which reduce wear and tear. Constructed with lightweight and corrosion-resistant cast aluminum alloy for the impellers, housings, and mounting bases, it includes standard 50/60 Hz motors that accommodate a wide voltage range. The built-in thermal protectors provide overload protection, while double-shielded stainless steel sealed bearings and high-quality shaft oil seals enhance durability and prevent air contamination. Additionally, anodizing for corrosion resistance is available, and retrofit bases and flanges can be provided to meet different dimensional requirements. The motor shaft-mounted impeller or direct drive technology eliminates the need for belts, couplings, and gears, while tighter tolerances between the impellers and housings improve flow and pressure efficiency. Optional components such as a pressure gauge, relief valve, check valve, silencer, pressure filter canister, and pressure filter element are available separately.
