The design is virtually maintenance-free, with fewer moving parts that minimize wear and extend the lifespan compared to conventional devices. The blowers operate at low acoustical noise levels, ranging from 51 to 81 dB, making them quieter than their counterparts. Built for rugged industrial duty, the regenerative and centrifugal blowers are capable of continuous operation (24/7) and are compact in size. Constructed from lightweight and corrosion-resistant cast aluminum alloy, the impellers, housings, and mounting bases ensure enhanced strength and durability. The units come standard with 50/60 Hz motors that support a wide voltage range, built-in thermal protectors for overload safety, double shielded stainless steel sealed bearings, and high-quality shaft oil seals that protect against air contamination. Anodizing for additional corrosion resistance is available, along with retrofit bases and flanges to accommodate varying dimensional requirements. The motor shaft-mounted impeller or direct drive technology eliminates the need for belts, couplings, and gears, allowing for tighter tolerances between the impellers and housings to boost flow and pressure efficiency. An optional pressure gauge is available for separate purchase, and the equipment is certified to CUL/CSA standards.
