The Atlantic Blowers Centrifugal Blower ABC-500 features a 1 phase, 3 HP configuration designed for efficient and clean air supply. It offers oil-free air, eliminating contaminants that are typically found in traditional compressors, vacuum pumps, and blowers. This blower is energy efficient, as it does not require higher pressures and flows to achieve optimal performance, thereby reducing energy waste. With a design that boasts fewer moving parts, it is virtually maintenance-free, resulting in longer operational life compared to standard vacuum pumps and compressors. Operating at low acoustical noise levels ranging from 51 to 81 dB, the blower is well-suited for environments requiring quieter operation. The rugged industrial-duty construction allows it to run continuously 24/7. Its compact size, combined with lightweight and corrosion-resistant materials such as cast aluminum alloy for the impellers, housings, and mounting bases, contributes to its durability. Standard features include 50/60 Hz motors accommodating a wide voltage range, built-in thermal protectors for overload protection, and double shielded stainless steel sealed bearings. High-quality shaft oil seals are positioned between the impeller and bearings to protect against air contamination, with anodizing available for additional corrosion resistance. Retrofit bases and flanges are also offered for various dimensional needs, and the motor shaft-mounted impeller or direct drive technology eliminates the necessity for belts, couplings, and gears, while tighter tolerances between the impellers and housings enhance flow and pressure efficiency. An optional pressure gauge is sold separately, and the unit is CUL/CSA certified.
