The kit includes oil-free air technology that supplies clean air without contaminants, making it superior to traditional compressors, vacuum pumps, and blowers. It features energy efficiency, as it operates with lower pressures and flows, thus wasting less energy compared to typical compressors and vacuum pumps. Designed for durability, these rugged industrial-duty regenerative and centrifugal blowers are virtually maintenance-free due to fewer moving parts, leading to an extended lifespan. They operate quietly, with acoustical noise levels ranging from 51 to 81 dB, and boast a compact and lightweight design thanks to the use of cast aluminum alloy, which also provides corrosion resistance. The standard 50/60 Hz motors offer a wide voltage range, and built-in thermal protectors provide overload protection. Additional standard features include double shielded stainless steel sealed bearings and high-quality shaft oil seals that protect against air contamination. Anodizing for corrosion resistance is available, and retrofit bases and flanges can be provided to accommodate different dimensional requirements. The motor shaft-mounted impeller or direct drive technology removes the need for belts, couplings, and gears, while tighter tolerances between impellers and housings enhance flow and pressure efficiency. An optional pressure gauge is available for separate purchase, and the product is CUL/CSA certified.
