The kit includes oil-free air technology, providing clean air without contaminants, unlike traditional compressors, vacuum pumps, and blowers. It features energy efficiency, as these units waste less energy compared to conventional models requiring higher pressures and flows. The blowers are virtually maintenance-free due to fewer moving parts, resulting in prolonged lifespan compared to typical vacuum pumps and compressors. They operate at low acoustical noise levels ranging from 51 to 81 dB, making them quieter than their traditional counterparts. Designed for rugged industrial duty, these regenerative and centrifugal blowers can run continuously and are built to last. Their compact size and lightweight construction are achieved through cast aluminum alloy components, which also offer corrosion resistance. Standard features include 50/60 Hz motors covering a wide voltage range, built-in thermal protectors for overload protection, double shielded stainless steel sealed bearings, and high-quality shaft oil seals to protect against air contamination. Anodizing options for additional corrosion resistance, retrofit bases and flanges to accommodate different dimensions, and motor shaft-mounted impeller or direct drive technology are also included, eliminating belts, couplings, and gears. The design incorporates tighter tolerances between impellers and housings to enhance flow and pressure efficiency. Optional accessories such as a pressure gauge, pressure filter canister, vacuum filter canister, relief valve, check valve, silencer, vacuum filter element, and pressure filter element are available for separate purchase.
