The kit includes oil-free air supplies that deliver clean, contaminant-free air, setting it apart from traditional compressors, vacuum pumps, and blowers. It is designed to be energy efficient, as the system operates at lower pressures and flows without sacrificing performance. The blowers are virtually maintenance-free due to fewer moving parts, resulting in longer operational lifespans compared to typical vacuum pumps and compressors. With low acoustical noise levels ranging from 51 to 81 dB, they operate quietly. Rugged industrial-duty construction enables the regenerative and centrifugal blowers to run continuously, while their compact dimensions make them more space-efficient. The lightweight and corrosion-resistant components are constructed from cast aluminum alloy, ensuring durability. Standard features include 50/60 Hz motors with a wide voltage range, built-in thermal protectors for overload protection, double shielded stainless steel sealed bearings, and high-quality shaft oil seals to prevent air contamination. Anodizing for added corrosion resistance is available, and retrofit bases and flanges can be provided to accommodate varying dimensional needs. The motor shaft-mounted impeller or direct drive technology eliminates the need for belts, couplings, and gears, while tighter tolerances between the impellers and housings enhance flow and pressure efficiency. Optional accessories such as pressure gauges, pressure filter canisters, vacuum filter canisters, relief valves, check valves, silencers, vacuum filter elements, and pressure filter elements are sold separately. The product is CUL/CSA certified.
