These motor bases simplify mounting and belt tension adjustment at installation and during later maintenance checks. They are heavy-duty adjustable motor bases manufactured from steel or plate, with all bases being detergent washed and painted with dark gray primer, followed by oven baking for corrosion resistance. The nuts and bolts are zinc plated for durability. The NEMA 215T and smaller bases feature one adjusting screw, while bases for NEMA 254T frame and larger motors are equipped with two adjusting screws. Motor mounting bolts are included with the kit. These bases are compatible with motor frame numbers that are followed by the letters S, T, U, US, and TS, or any other letter combinations, provided the motors' base meets NEMA standards.
