The Baldor-Reliance adjustable motor base, model B5000RLS, is designed for use with motors from frame sizes G5008 to G5012, featuring a bolt size of 7/8 x 3-1/2 and equipped with two adjustable screws for enhanced flexibility. These heavy-duty motor bases are constructed from steel or plate, ensuring durability and stability, and are treated with a detergent wash, finished with dark gray primer, and oven-baked to provide excellent corrosion resistance. All nuts and bolts are zinc plated for added durability. NEMA 215T and smaller bases come with one adjusting screw, while bases for NEMA 254T frame and larger motors include two adjusting screws. Each unit comes with motor mounting bolts included. The bases are compliant with NEMA standards and can be used with motor frame numbers that include the letters S, T, U, US, and TS, as well as other letter combinations that meet the same specifications.
