These motor bases simplify mounting and belt tension adjustment at installation and during later maintenance checks. They are heavy-duty adjustable motor bases manufactured of steel or plate, featuring a detergent washed, dark gray primer finish that is oven-baked for corrosion resistance. The nuts and bolts used in these bases are zinc plated for added durability. NEMA 215T and smaller bases are equipped with one adjusting screw, while bases for NEMA 254T frame and larger motors come with two adjusting screws. Motor mounting bolts are included with the package. The bases are compatible with motor frame numbers that are followed by the letters S, T, U, US, and TS, or any other letter combinations, provided the motors' base meets NEMA standards.
