The Relay and Control Precision Oil Tight Limit Switches are UL listed (File E 100480) and feature a wide choice of heads and actuators along with captive cover screws. They are designed to be dustproof, oil tight, and water resistant, utilizing silver/gold alloy contacts in a double contact design, complemented by stainless steel essentials. These switches have standard size and dimensions with conduit entry and operate within a temperature range of +5° F to +175° F (-15° C to +80° C). The hi-pot voltage is 2200VA/minute, and the insulation resistance is 100 M on 500VDC. The contact arrangement consists of 2 circuits—1 normally open (NO) and 1 normally closed (NC)—with a maximum operating frequency of 120 mechanical operations/minute and 30 electrical operations/minute. Life tests indicate a mechanical lifespan of ten million operations and an electrical lifespan of 750,000 operations at 10 amp/240V AC.
