The Relay and Control Precision Oil Tight Limit Switches are UL listed (File E 100480) and are designed with a wide choice of heads and actuators for versatile applications. They feature captive cover screws and are dustproof, oil tight, and water resistant, ensuring durability in challenging environments. The switches employ silver/gold alloy contacts with a double contact design and essential stainless steel components. Standard size and dimensions facilitate convenient conduit entry. The operating temperature range is +5°F to +175°F (-15°C to +80°C), with a hi-pot voltage of 2200 VA per minute and insulation resistance of 100 M on 500 VDC. The contact arrangement consists of two circuits: one normally open (NO) and one normally closed (NC). The maximum operating frequency allows for 120 mechanical operations per minute and 30 electrical operations per minute. In life testing, these switches boast an impressive mechanical lifespan of ten million operations and an electrical lifespan of 750,000 operations at 10 AMP/240V AC.
