The Relay and Control Precision Oil Tight Limit Switches are UL listed (File E 100480) and feature a wide choice of heads and actuators. They come equipped with captive cover screws and are designed to be dustproof, oil tight, and water resistant. The switches utilize silver/gold alloy contacts with a double contact design, and essential components are made from stainless steel. They are manufactured with standard sizes and dimensions, accommodating conduit entry. These limit switches operate within a temperature range of +5° F to +175° F (-15° C to +80° C) and have a hi-pot voltage rating of 2200VA/minute. The insulation resistance is rated at 100 M on 500VDC, and the contact arrangement includes 2 circuits: 1 Normally Open (NO) and 1 Normally Closed (NC). Maximum operating frequency is 120 mechanical operations per minute and 30 electrical operations per minute. In life testing, mechanical durability is rated for ten million operations, while electrical durability is rated for 750,000 operations at 10 amp/240V AC.
