The relay and control precision oil tight limit switches are UL listed (File E 100480) and feature a wide choice of heads and actuators, as well as captive cover screws. These switches are designed to be dustproof, oil tight, and water resistant, incorporating silver/gold alloy contacts with a double contact design and essential components made of stainless steel. They maintain standard size and dimensions for conduit entry and operate within a temperature range of +5°F to +175°F (-15°C to +80°C). The switches have a hi-pot voltage rating of 2200VA/minute and an insulation resistance of 100 M on 500VDC. The contact arrangement consists of 2 circuits: 1 normally open (NO) and 1 normally closed (NC). They accommodate a maximum operating frequency of 120 mechanical operations/minute and 30 electrical operations/minute. The life test results show mechanical operation capability of ten million operations and electrical operation capability of 750,000 operations at 10 AMP/240V AC.
