Goff's Sound Control Curtains are engineered to significantly diminish harmful industrial strength noises, offering a noise reduction of up to 45 dB with a typical Sound Transmission Class (STC) rating of 26 within the coverage area. The panels are constructed using a viscoelastic acoustic damper featuring suspended mineral particles and an aluminum constraining layer. The outer material is made of 18 oz vinyl, which is water, mildew, and rot resistant. The curtains operate on a galvanized steel track and roller system, allowing them to glide in and out of use seamlessly. They possess the unique capability to fan fold and collapse when not in use, providing a flexible solution for noise control. Please note that sound transmission loss varies by frequency.
